At Astron, we don't just take care of the comfort of our guests, but one of our priorities is also the environment. Embracing our collective responsibility towards climate change, we implement policies to reduce our energy footprint.

By recycling paper, plastic and glass, we reduce the amount of waste that ends up in landfills. The use of LED lamps throughout the unit reduces energy consumption, while energy savers in the rooms enhance the efficient use of energy. Besides these, there is also a photovoltaic system on the roof of the hotel.

In addition, we encourage our guests to reuse their towels, reducing water consumption and waste from washing. With these practices, as well as new initiatives, we try to contribute to the preservation of the environment for future generations.

Finally, the Municipality of Karditsa, receiving the 1st Pan-European award in the "European Mobility Week", installed an electric car charger opposite the hotel.
